Books, a living history
A wonderful about about the history of books: Books, a living history, by Martin Lyons. From Mesopotamia to social networks, from Scrolls to e-books. Our history is one of books; as long as we had books, we had culture. I found this book delicious and refreshing; it made me understand how complex the path towards the present book has been. With an important number of illustrations sharply choosen. A must. A goodread.
