50 ideas that show how organisations will change in the near future. We used a new format in this book: every idea comes with a very simple illustration designed by me. It’s a synthesis of my thoughts about the deep transformation in organisations that is emerging all over the world, as they realise that they need to be more adaptive, faster and smarter. This book is probably one of my best, as it manages to show my original thoughts in a very easy-to-read way. This English version of the boos sports the schemes that were redrawn by our design wunderkind Edmon de Haro. There is the Spanish version also available, with my original drawings Amazon.com.

50 ideas que muestran cómo las organizaciones van a cambiar en un futuro próximo . Se utilizó un nuevo formato en este libro: cada idea viene con un esquema muy simple dibujado por mí mismo. Es una síntesis de mis pensamientos acerca de la profunda transformación de las organizaciones que está surgiendo en todo el mundo, al darse cuenta de que deben ser más adaptativas, rápidas e inteligentes. Este libro es probablemente uno de mis mejores textos, ya que consigue mostrar mis ideas originales en una manera simple. Hemos publicado una versión en castellano del libro, con mis dibujos originales.
